DAV Explorer DeltaV Functionality

DAV Explorer provides support for basic, linear versioning as specified by the DeltaV RFC 3253.
Before using the DeltaV features, make sure to be connected to a server that supports DeltaV. Note that some DeltaV-enabled servers provide for autoversioning, to support DeltaV-unaware clients. With autoversioning, every PUT request creates a new version.
